Colour: Dark scarlet with red hues.

Notes: Established in 1947 by German winemaker, Hermann Thumm, Yaldara has been making exceptional quality wines ever since. With a magnificent chateau-style building surrounded by vineyards, Yaldara has long been recognised as one of the most picturesque wineries in South Australia’s Barossa Valley. To create this beautiful wine, the fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness at night, before being chilled and crushed. Using a selected yeast strain, the wine was fermented, then pressed off skins and matured in stainless steel and oak prior to filtration and bottling.
